Lauren Fitzgibbon

Lauren Fitzgibbon is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at J. Jill since October 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Consultant at Northwestern Mutual from November 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that role, Lauren worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance, progressing from Campus Recruiter to Senior Campus Recruiter between March 2015 and September 2021. Earlier in the career, Lauren gained diverse experience at John Hancock Financial Services, holding multiple positions including Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist and Learning and Development Operations Analyst from April 2010 to March 2015.
