Milind Potdukhe

Milind Potdukhe's work experience includes various roles in digital technology leadership and management. Milind started their career as an Application Programmer Analyst at NatWest in 1997, followed by a role as a Software Engineer-III at BNY Mellon from 2000 to 2007. Milind then worked as a Senior Digital/eCommerce Systems Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club from 2008 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing software engineering, performance engineering, and other digital teams. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an IT Director, Web/eCommerce at Waters Corporation, overseeing the engineering of their web and eCommerce platforms. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director, eCommerce Technology at J. Jill, where they are responsible for the technical strategy and operations of JJill.com.

Milind Potdukhe holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
