Rhona Morgan

Rhona Morgan has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and technical design. Some of their notable positions include Director of Technical Design at J. Jill, where they have been since 2014, and Director of Technical Design Services and Operations at Sigrid Olsen/ Liz Claiborne from 1999 to 2005. Rhona has also held director-level positions at Kial & Co and Segrets/Sigrid Olsen, where they were responsible for product development, technical design, and sourcing. Rhona has a strong background in cost engineering and has worked with domestic development and production. Rhona has also worked as a consultant at HER Design and has experience in broadening product bases in accessories and giftware.

Rhona Morgan has a diploma in Fashion Design and Tailoring from Grafton Academy in Dublin, Ireland. Rhona also holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University.
