Kristi Potthast

Kristi Potthast has extensive experience in sales operations and contract administration, currently serving as the Director of Contract Administration & Sales Operations at Caltronics Business Systems (Flex Technology Group) since December 2019. Concurrently, Kristi holds the position of Director of Sales Operations at SuiteAmerica, overseeing various teams to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Kristi spent two decades at Java City, progressing from Customer Care Manager to Vice President of Business Operations, where responsibilities included developing wholesale programs and managing a sales team. Kristi's early career at AT&T involved customer satisfaction roles during the launch of Pacific Bell Mobile Solutions, culminating as Call Center Manager & Analyst. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Management from California State University-Sacramento.
