Sarah Welch

Sarah Welch serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, and Project Manager at JJRConsulting, LLC, directing efforts to support the Massachusetts Department of Public Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes a research assistant role at Brown University School of Public Health, where Sarah conducted a literature review and analyzed Google Trends data for an undergraduate honors thesis. Leadership abilities were demonstrated as President of the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee, overseeing over 900 student-athletes, and as a captain of the Brown University swim team, achieving several academic and athletic honors. Additional experience includes internships focused on sustainability education and coaching positions fostering youth development in swimming. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Brown University.
