Karthik N has accumulated significant experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Deputy Manager at JK Fenner (India) Ltd since May 2019, following a role as Assistant Manager in Technology & Development where responsibilities included process design, turnaround time reduction, process optimization, process deskilling, and machine automation. Prior to this, Karthik N worked as a Junior Engineer at Elgi Rubber Company Ltd from July 2014 to May 2019. Karthik N holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2013.
