Joshua Kirk

Joshua Kirk has a diverse work experience primarily in the commercial and financial sectors. Joshua currently holds the position of Commercial Director at JKS Restaurants since October 2023. Before that, they worked as Head of Commercial from April 2021 to October 2023 and as a Business Analyst from January 2018 to February 2019. Prior to joining JKS Restaurants, Joshua worked at Deloitte UK for several years. Joshua served as a Manager in the Transaction Services team from September 2013 to January 2018. During their time at Deloitte UK, they gained extensive experience in transaction services, working on buy and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Additionally, they had exposure to equity capital markets through the Transaction Services team. Joshua also spent time as a Scholar in Corporate Finance from September 2010 to July 2013 and as a Scholar in Enterprise Risk Services from August 2009 to March 2010. During their scholar roles, they gained hands-on experience in various sectors and was entrusted with graduate-level responsibilities.

Joshua Kirk completed their ACA qualification from ICAEW during 2013-2015. Joshua previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Nottingham between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Merchant Taylors' School, Northwood from 2002 to 2009, however, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
