Matthew Miller has worked in the IT field since 1998. Matthew started their career at Henderson Global Investors as a Network Administrator and Desktop Support, where they were responsible for Desktop Support issues for 50-100 internal users and 80 remote users, imaging Desktops and Laptops using Ghost Software, supporting MS Office, handling break fix repair on Desktop, Laptops, Printers, traveling to remote offices for setup or Desktop support, setting up and repairing HP servers, performing Network Administration Server 2003, supporting Blackberry devices and Server administration, managing Avaya Phone system, supporting Video Conferencing, and working with London office on network and software issues. In 2011, they moved to Maintech, Incorporated, where they worked as Hands and Eyes support, working with the remote SA ground to resolve server issues and installing and de-installing servers. Finally, in 2012, they joined JKS Systems, LLC as a System Engineer, where they were responsible for resolving VMware issues, Office 365 administration, Desktop support, and configuring VMware servers and storage.

Matthew Miller studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Self Study in 2009, earning Network Plus and A Plus certifications. Prior to that, they attended Computer Processing Institute from 1990 to 1991, where they received a Computer Technical Certification in Computer Installation and Repair Technology/Technician.
