Yulissa Zulaica

Yulissa Zulaica is a highly experienced trust and estates attorney with a focus on complex wealth transfer strategies and cross-border estate planning issues. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica, LLP since July 2013, Yulissa leads the trust administration and probate portion of the practice while handling intricate estate matters for individuals, including real estate and business issues on both domestic and international levels. Previously, as a Partner at DLKLawGroup PC from May 2011 to July 2013, Yulissa managed the trust and probate administration practice for multi-generational families and developed a specialized expertise in the legal intricacies pertinent to planning for LGBT families. Yulissa holds a JD and LLM in Tax and Estate Law from Golden Gate University, along with a BA in Political Science and a BA in Japanese from the University of California, Berkeley.
