Shannon Riley

Shannon Riley is an experienced Sales Lead at JL Buchanan since September 2010, where responsibilities include developing customized plans to enhance business growth for brand partners, particularly in retail consulting. Previously, Shannon served as a Senior Account Manager, managing vendor relationships and event planning, while providing analytical support to clients. Shannon started a career in hospitality as a certified trainer at Doolittles Woodfire Grill from April 2004 to May 2016, focusing on customer satisfaction and training new staff. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Design Assistant at Sawhorse Designers & Builders from April 2009 to September 2010, aiding designers in material selection and client interactions.
