Carole Schaeffer

Carole Schaeffer is currently the Vice President of Business Development at JLA Architects in Wisconsin. Prior to this, she founded and serves as the President of Schaeffer Consulting, LLC which specializes in guiding projects through municipal approval processes. Carole has also held leadership roles in various other companies such as Friede & Associates, Miron Construction Co., Inc., and Smart Growth Greater Madison, Inc. She has a background in public policy and administration, with experience working in the Wisconsin State Senate, Wisconsin Department of Administration, and Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau. Carole holds a BA in Political Science/American History from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an MPA in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
