Adrian Smyth is currently the Chief Operating Officer at JLA Group where Adrian leads a team of 400 colleagues in delivering and maintaining critical assets for customers in the UK and Ireland. With a background in programme and change management, Adrian has held various leadership roles in companies such as Virgin Money, London Stock Exchange Group, and LCH.Clearnet. Adrian is also a Non Executive Board Member at The Bytes Project and has experience in helping global companies transform their business through M&A at Mascon Business Advisory Ltd. Adrian holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and has completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at the University of Oxford.
