Kathryn Glover

Kathryn Glover has extensive experience in leadership roles within the HVAC and customer service sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at JLA Group since November 2013, with prior positions including Customer Service Director for Fire and Security, Customer Contract and Revenue Director, and Director of Process Excellence. Previous experience includes roles as National Customer Services Manager at British Gas New Energy and Finance Manager at British Gas, along with a stint as Management Accountant at Parkway Green Housing Trust. Kathryn began their career as a Management Accounts Assistant at ELIOR. Kathryn holds a BA (HONS) in Accounting and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
