Doug Motley

Doug Motley, CFA, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Taylor Bank since June 2024. Doug has been a Principal at Jack Lingo Asset Management since April 2011, focusing on private real estate investment and development projects in the mid-Atlantic region, leveraging over 100 years of combined team experience. Additionally, Doug has held the position of Principal at Rockford Capital Partners since August 2008, where the firm specializes in managing commercial properties across the eastern United States. Previously, Doug co-founded Broadpoint Construction, providing construction management services, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Ocean Atlantic Companies from January 2006 to January 2009. Doug's earlier career includes multiple roles as Vice President at MBNA Corporation from 1997 to 2006. Doug Motley holds a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2000.
