Christina Chang

Christina Chang, CPA graduated from St. Johns University in New York with a Bachelor in Accounting, Master in Accounting, and Master in Taxation. She has years of experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements for private and public companies, real estate companies, and service, entertainment, and hospitality organizations, as well as PCAOB auditing for financial institutions and private and public companies of all sizes.

In addition to proficiency in auditing, Ms. Chang also has extensive accounting practice experience, proficient in personal, corporate taxation, company formation, especially domestic and international banking, immigration real estate taxation and high-income provincial tax planning. She has a diverse professional background and has worked on tax planning, tax returns, and corporate trading transactions for listed companies, non-listed companies, limited liability companies and trusts.
