Mars is proficient in English and Chinese, is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK. He has over 12 years of audit, internal audit, risk management and advisory experiences in Singapore and China.

Mars is also involved with companies in preparing for IPO in United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Taiwan and South Korea under IFRS or US GAAP. This includes preliminary assessment of the company’s readiness, acting as an Adviser by guiding the company to listing or as a reporting accountant.
