Teck Chuan Yeo

TC joined the SBA Stone Forest in August 2018 as a Partner of China Consultancy Practice. His professional experience includes providing advisory services to public companies listed on the China Exchange, subsidiaries of multinational corporations listed overseas, and growing and emerging companies.

Some of TC's experience included 27 years with Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte where he performed statutory audits, overseas IPO audits, private equity special works, and financials reporting accounting of companies listed in Hong Kong, Korea, Germany, Singapore and USA. He performed the audits of China Subsidiaries in accordance with China Accounting Standards, IFRS or US GAAP. He was also involved in M&A financial due diligence (including overseas acquisitions), and he has served as a financial service director for four years for a Multinationals overseeing the south and south east Asia region.

TC was an audit partner with a Big 4 accounting firm in Shanghai from 2007 to 2015. During this period, he was an engagement partner for companies listed in Nasdaq. He was also the partner in charge of material subsidiaries of US listed companies in China. From 2015 to present, TC and his key members of his previous firm perform audits engagements for cross listing companies.

TC is proficient in both English and Mandarin. He oversees the consultancy and advisory for SBA Stone Forest, which focuses on helping Singapore and other foreign companies to expand into China, as well as China-based companies to establish a presence in Singapore and ASEAN region.
