Paweł Sztejter

Paweł Sztejter is a seasoned professional in the real estate and investment management sector, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Living at JLL Residential Poland since December 2018. In addition, Paweł holds the title of Vice President of the Management Board at JLL Poland since September 2021, contributing to the services of a Fortune 500 firm. Paweł is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, engaging with leaders in urban development and real estate. Previously, Paweł was the Vice President of the Polish Association of Real Estate Advisors from December 2014 to December 2019 and co-founded REAS Residential Advisors, a leading housing market consultancy in Poland, which joined JLL in 2018. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Consultant and Team Leader for the Housing Finance Project under the World Bank and USAID and holding the position of Director for EU Publications at the Business Foundation.
