Allison Cancio

Allison Cancio is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in business operations and risk management. Currently serving as Global Director of Business Operations and Improvement for the HP Account at JLL since December 2003, Allison has held multiple senior leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President and Global Director of Performance and Risk as well as Senior Vice President and Global Director of Risk and Compliance for the HSBC Account. Allison is a key member of the Global Internal Audit management team, responsible for setting and executing strategic visions, and has a proven track record of preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee. Prior to JLL, Allison worked as an Internal Auditor at Kemper Insurance Companies, where responsibilities included conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits. Allison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with Honors from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
