Andrew Lim

Andrew Lim serves as the Director of Research for the New York Tri-State Area at JLL since October 2022, leading a team of analysts focused on the New York City commercial real estate market and providing insights to decision-makers. Prior experience includes directing research at the American Immigration Council, where a multidisciplinary team was managed to produce data-driven insights on immigration and socioeconomic policy, and at New American Economy, where team capacity was significantly expanded, enhancing the organization’s research output and stakeholder engagement. Additional roles include research positions at Susan Jackson Associates, the City of New York, Council on Foreign Relations, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Boston College. Andrew Lim holds a Master of Science from The London School of Economics, a Master's from Sciences Po, and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
