Anh Nguyen

Hoang Anh Nguyen is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and community management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Employee Engagement Lead at FlexOS and the Senior Employee Experience Lead at Dreamplex, Hoang Anh Nguyen designs and executes monthly engagement programs for over 1,000 members, collaborates with vendors, manages budgets, and assesses event performance. Previous experience includes roles as Community Lead and Associate at the Hive Vietnam, where relationship management and operational oversight were key responsibilities, as well as teaching assistant positions at VUS and Apollo English Vietnam. Hoang Anh Nguyen holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
