Ankit Kalonia

Ankit Kalonia is the Head of Learning and Development at JLL India, overseeing initiatives since November 2014, and also holds the position of Director Learning & Development. Ankit has been self-employed since May 2017, working as an author, vlogger, soft skills trainer, and job interview coach. Prior experience includes roles such as Restaurant Manager at Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport and Restaurant & Banquet Operations Manager at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing restaurant operations and enhancing sales performance. Ankit's career began as a Management Trainee at The Leela Palaces & Resorts, providing exposure to various food and beverage outlets. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from The Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad, completed in 2008.
