Brooke Bano

Brooke Bano is a Strategic Workplace Program Leader with over 13 years of experience in driving safe, sustainable, and inclusive spaces that foster belonging and enhance employee experience. They have held various roles, including Regional Facilities Manager at Amazon and Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities at AWS Elemental, where Brooke implemented employee feedback programs that led to significant operational improvements and cost savings. Currently, Brooke serves as the Senior Manager of Workplace Experience and Services at KEEN while pursuing education at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Portland Community College.
