Cathal Morley

Cathal Morley is currently the Director of the Industrial Agency at JLL Ireland, a position they have held since 2022 after previously serving as Associate Director from 2018 to 2022. With a background in property economics, having earned a Bachelor of Science from the Dublin Institute of Technology, they began their career at JLL in 2013 as a Graduate Surveyor and advanced through various roles, including Valuation Surveyor and Senior Surveyor. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Secondee at the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited in 2013, where they reviewed commercial and residential valuation reports. Cathal is a qualified member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
