Emerson Pierce

Emerson Pierce is a Capital Markets Associate at JLL since May 2022, with previous experience as an Analyst in Capital Markets at Atlantic Retail from November 2020 to May 2022, focusing on underwriting and the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and various retail assets. Prior to that, Emerson served as a Summer Analyst at Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2019, contributing to the investment brokerage process and underwriting tasks. Emerson's career began with an internship at Charlotte City Club in 2017, where responsibilities included financial reconciliations and developing marketing materials. Emerson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate and minors in Accounting and Management from Clemson University, completed in 2020, and graduated from Charlotte Country Day School in 2016.
