Frank Carriera

Frank Carriera is a Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets, where they lead a multi-housing investment sales team in Tampa as part of the firm's strategic expansion in the Southeast. Prior to joining JLL in 2024, Carriera served as Executive Vice President at CBRE, where they and their team executed $3.56 billion in transactions over five years. With a strong background in multifamily brokerage advisory, Carriera's experience includes previous roles at Marcus & Millichap and an educational foundation in Finance from the University of South Florida.
