Holly Romme

Holly Romme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and facility operations. Since June 2008, Holly has served as Sr. Vice President and Account Lead for Project Development Services at JLL, where responsibilities include fostering a solution-oriented project delivery environment and leading a high-performing project management team. Prior roles at JLL include Sr. Director of PMO Account Lead and Sr. Facility Manager, focusing on project delivery across US and LATCAN regions while managing complex building operations. Prior to JLL, Holly held the position of Implementation Program Manager at CLW Real Estate Services Group, overseeing real estate projects and initiatives. Holly's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where leadership roles included Workplace Leader and New York Metro Cluster Lead, emphasizing strategic planning and operational improvements. Holly holds a degree from Montclair State University obtained between 1980 and 1984.
