Jonathan McCord

Jonathan McCord is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the construction and brokerage industries. As the owner of MB Roofs and MB Homes since January 2018, Jonathan has successfully launched and grown a residential construction firm, achieving consistent revenue growth and securing high-value contracts. At JLL, Jonathan has served in various roles since January 2008, advancing to Senior Vice President and generating over $52 million in revenue through new business development and strategic contract negotiations. Jonathan's career also includes financial analysis and project management at Colonial Properties Trust and valuable experience as a firefighter/officer with the US Department of Defense, where Jonathan developed emergency services in Iraq. Jonathan holds a BBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from the University of West Georgia.
