Kadeem Goodall-Reid

Kadeem Goodall-Reid is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in transaction management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Transaction Manager at JLL since June 2023, Kadeem previously held the position of Real Estate Advisor at KGR Advisors from October 2021 to April 2023, providing clients with strategic guidance on acquisitions, leasing, and asset analysis. Kadeem has also worked as a Transaction Manager at KBC Advisors and as a Senior Director at SquareFoot, leading a team in completing over 120 leasing transactions while presenting high-level analyses to executives. Prior experience includes roles at CBRE, where Kadeem specialized in the New Jersey office market, and as a Research Analyst focused on market data.
