Kate Marotto

Kate Marotto currently serves as a Property Administrator at JLL since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kate worked as an AP/AR Manager at CIMS Limited Partnership from May 2022 to October 2025. Kate's experience in accounting began at Northwestern Systems Corporation (BetterBuilt) as an Accounting Administrator from May 2013 to May 2022. Earlier career roles included various positions at Safeway Canada from June 2006 to November 2010, where responsibilities ranged from Cash Officer to Grocery Clerk. Kate holds a degree in Financial Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed in 2020, and has also pursued studies at Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2008 to 2013.
