Katie Shapiro

Katie Shapiro is an operations manager at JLL, specializing in the Microsoft Account, known for being personable and detail-oriented with strong organizational and customer service skills. They have previously held positions at MILK JAR COOKIES LLC, where they managed store operations and employee training, and at CBRE, where they coordinated workplace experience for new Microsoft locations. Katie has demonstrated leadership as the lead project manager on an industrial campus account, earning recognition as JLL’s Project of the Year. Currently, Katie is pursuing their education at Ithaca College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
