Kimberlee Sierleja

Kimberlee (Ciani) Sierleja currently serves as the Global Head of Work Dynamics Talent Acquisition at JLL, having held senior leadership positions in global and North American talent acquisition since July 2020. Prior to JLL, Kimberlee was a Manager of Talent Acquisition for High Volume at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities included developing recruitment metrics, managing a large RPO team, and spearheading employer branding efforts. Earlier experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eaton, where hiring data analysis was key, and as a Senior Staffing Manager at Robert Half International. Kimberlee began a career in accounting as a Staff Accountant at Skoda Minotti after earning a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College.
