Kyla Brennan

Kyla Brennan currently serves as Senior Vice President at JLL since October 2024 and holds the position of EVP, Head Of Project Management at Raise Commercial Real Estate since November 2019. In this role, Kyla leads efforts in combining expert brokers with technology to enhance workplace solutions. Previous experience includes Senior Managing Director at Newmark from March 2016 to November 2019, and various roles at The CRE Group from 2010 to 2016, including Vice President and Senior Project Manager. Additional roles include Assistant Project Manager at Rockaway Construction and Assistant Project Manager/Estimator at Principal Builders, Inc., alongside earlier positions at Coordinated Resources, Inc. and Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors. Kyla has a background in Business Administration, with education from Fort Lewis College and William Paterson University of New Jersey.
