Lalo Diaz

Lalo Diaz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and management roles. At JLL, Lalo served as Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President from September 2017 to February 2025. Prior to this, Lalo was Principal at Cresa from January 2014 to August 2017 and Senior Vice President of Leasing at Thomas Properties Group, responsible for leasing 5 million square feet of trophy office towers in downtown Los Angeles. Lalo's career also includes serving as Vice President of Leasing at Maguire Properties, where responsibilities included leasing a 10 million square foot office building portfolio. Lalo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and completed courses in Real Estate Finance at USC Marshall School of Business.
