Latoya Waters

LaToya Waters, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Project Manager Analyst at JLL since October 2024, LaToya previously held positions at Silva Contracting as Preconstruction Manager and Project Manager from November 2022 to October 2024, and at Dynamic vSolutions as Business Development Manager from April 2022 to November 2022. LaToya's earlier tenure at Kaiser Permanente included roles such as Capital Procurement Operations Manager and Design & Construction Associate Project Manager. LaToya began their career with a variety of positions at Kaiser Permanente and JLL, demonstrating a strong foundation in procurement, project development, and facilities services.
