Martens Hatege holds an MSc in Project Management and an MBA, alongside several professional certifications including PMP®, MCIOB, and APM. With extensive experience in project management and quantity surveying, Martens has successfully led and managed a variety of high-profile infrastructure projects in Rwanda and beyond, including the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture and multiple significant developments like the Kigali Green Complex Tower and the Kiwi Hotel. Roles have ranged from Lead Project Quantity Surveyor at Remote Group to Project Manager at Power Resources International Ltd, where Martens effectively oversaw project schedules, cost control, and contract administration, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries. Current position is Project Manager for the Proctor and Gamble Account at JLL.
