Megan Kleinick

Megan Kleinick is an experienced professional in HR technology and operations, currently serving as Director of Global HR Technology at JLL since July 2018, focusing on Workday implementation and management. Prior to JLL, Megan held various roles at CareerBuilder from November 2005 to June 2018, including Senior Manager of HR Technology & Operations, where the oversight of the HR roadmap and the integration of HR systems were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included Manager of HR Operations, Team Lead for HRIS, HRIS Analyst, and HRIS Coordinator, each contributing to the implementation and expansion of Workday systems. Megan holds an MBA in Managerial & Organizational Behavior, Economics, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
