Paul Blijham

Paul Blijham is an accomplished Executive Director at JLL since July 2020, with a wealth of experience in facilities management and business development. Prior to JLL, Paul held significant positions including Head of Central Region and CEO at Apleona Real Estate Management from December 2015 to July 2020, and held roles at Bilfinger focused on corporate business development and key account management. Paul has also served as Director of Global Facilities Management at METRO AG and has extensive experience in strategic business development with ISS A/S and Bilfinger. Early career achievements include managing direct sales and operations at Uniopt Handel mit optischen Waren GmbH and Vebego International B.V. and overseeing facilities management at Sodexo. Paul holds a degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool Zwolle and has completed marketing education at NIMA.
