Phylicia Cohen

Phylicia Cohen is an accomplished professional in the construction and project management sectors, with extensive experience at JLL spanning from February 2004 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for PDS Australia & New Zealand, Phylicia has held various significant positions including Senior Director and Associate Director. Notably, Phylicia was the first female Project Manager within a team of eight in Australia. Prior to JLL, Phylicia worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Twolands Developments, where responsibilities included feasibility analysis of residential sites. Additionally, Phylicia gained valuable project management experience at Accor, overseeing new build projects for notable hotels in Vietnam. Phylicia is also pursuing a Bachelor of Building, Construction Economics at the University of Technology Sydney.
