Prathamesh Paka

Prathamesh Paka is an experienced consultant in real estate transactions, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Office Leasing Advisory at JLL since July 2019. With a background that includes various roles at Cushman & Wakefield from 2006 to 2019, Prathamesh has expertise in commercial, IT, land, and industrial real estate transactions, as well as transaction management, deal origination and closure, tenant representation, and asset disposition. Prathamesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and has a foundational education from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School.
