Rajashekhar Naik

Rajashekhar Naik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and construction within the real estate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at JLL since March 2024 and as AVP of Projects at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since May 2023, Rajashekhar has previously held significant roles such as Construction Lead at Bangalore International Airport Ltd, Director at CBRE India and JLL India, and DGM at RMZ Corp Bengaluru. Rajashekhar's career commenced at Accenture, where responsibilities included managing office space delivery across multiple cities in India. Rajashekhar also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease and a Project Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Rajashekhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from B.V.B College of Engineering and Technology, graduated in 1993.
