Rajeev T.

Rajeev T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and public administration. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at JLL since February 2023, Rajeev leads operations in the Western U.S. and is also a Town Council Member in Woodway, contributing to local economic development. Prior to these roles, Rajeev was the Head of Client Strategy at BeyondHQ, focusing on workforce and real estate strategies within a tech startup environment. At Newmark Knight Frank, Rajeev founded and led a strategic R&D unit and served as Executive Managing Director, overseeing location strategy and labor analytics. Rajeev began a career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in corporate real estate and various strategic consulting projects. Educationally, Rajeev holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Rotterdam School of Management and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
