Renata Kobylinski

Renata Kobylinski is an experienced IT executive currently serving as Executive Director of IT Operations at JLL since May 2024. Prior to this role, Renata was Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Support for Generali Global Assistance, where responsibilities included leading the strategic overhaul of Technology Operations and advising on the global technology committee. Renata also held the position of Director of Hosting & Engineering Services at Royal Caribbean Group, overseeing critical Data Center Operations and cloud computing initiatives, facilitating the company's digital transformation. Earlier experiences include leading IT Service Management at Lennar during a period of significant growth and governing IT infrastructure operations at L'Oréal, where Renata formulated a strategic transformation roadmap for Brazil.
