Rob Martin is a Vice Chairman and Real Estate Advisor, currently serving as an Expert-in-Residence at The Wharton School since 2021. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, Rob held the positions of Executive Vice President at CB Richard Ellis from 1995 to 2010 and Senior Managing Director at Grubb and Ellis from 1984 to 1994. At JLL, Rob has been a Vice Chairman since 2010, where they utilize a consultative approach to help companies optimize their office space for efficiency and business value. Rob also studied at The Wharton School from 1981 to 1983.
