Samantha Garza

Samantha Garza is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Sourcing & Attraction Lead for the Americas at JLL since September 2018, after progressing from a Senior Sourcer role. Prior to JLL, Samantha worked as a National Recruiter at Alliant Healthcare Staffing and as a Staffing Manager at OfficeTeam. Additional experience includes a position in promotions at Pacific San Diego Magazine and a social media marketing internship at Pura Vida Bracelets. Samantha began their career with various roles, including a Student Representative and Intern at International Student Volunteers and a Summer Intern at Groundswell Educational Travel. Samantha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2014.
