Scott Homa

Scott Homa is the Head of Americas Property Sectors Research at JLL, where they lead the production and distribution of market analysis across various property sectors. Previously, Homa held several roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, including Senior Director of Research and Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Research, managing teams and overseeing market data analysis. Earlier in their career, Homa gained experience as a Brokerage Intern and Marketing Intern at Colliers-International, and as a Research Clerk at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Homa earned a B.S. in Finance, Cum Laude, from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
