Shidah Saiyahdi

Shidah Saiyahdi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and HR technology, currently serving as Director of Project Management in Legal Technology at JLL since October 2012. Shidah has successfully led global projects, focusing on continuous improvements and technology integration. Previous roles include Director of Project Management for HR Technology, where project achievements included the implementation of Workday Learning and establishing governance processes. Shidah also served as HR Global Applications Director and Associate Director of Global IT, overseeing HR systems projects. Earlier experience encompasses roles at AIG, DBS Bank, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where Shidah contributed to HR operations, shared services, and system implementations. Shidah holds a Master’s degree in Human Capital Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong.
