Tan Yong Siang

Tan Yong Siang currently serves as an Assistant HSSE Manager at JLL, a position held since August 2023, focusing on health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Prior to this, Tan worked at TES – Sustainable Technology Lifecycle Solutions as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist from December 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included advising on EHS regulations, conducting safety inspections, and leading incident investigations. Tan's earlier experience includes serving as a HSE Officer at Keppel Shipyard Ltd. from April 2014 to November 2020, where project management and safety training were key responsibilities. Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management from Leeds Beckett University and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Republic Polytechnic.
