Zivkovic Marija currently serves as the EMEA HR Operational Excellence Lead at JLL since September 2023. Previously, Marija held the position of Senior Program Manager at Amazon from September 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included facilitating communication among various teams to enhance recruiting processes through automation and artificial intelligence. Prior to that, Marija was the Manager of HR Programs for Europe at Brown Brothers Harriman from October 2016 to September 2022, focusing on redesigning the internship process and developing an Employer Branding strategy. Marija's earlier experience at Philip Morris International spanned from June 2010 to October 2016, where Marija led HR shared service teams supporting multiple countries and played a key role in HR process optimization projects. Marija holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Serbia.
