Gina Famiglietti

Gina Famiglietti has a diverse work experience in various roles within the beauty and lifestyle industry.

Gina most recently worked at JLo Beauty & Lifestyle as the Chief Supply + Value Chain Officer, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations from June 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining JLo Beauty & Lifestyle, Gina worked at ERNO LASZLO as the Chief Operating Officer from September 2020 to June 2022. Gina also held the position of Vice President of Operations from April 2018 to September 2020.

Gina Famiglietti's previous experience includes working at Kevyn Aucoin Beauty as the Vice President of Operations from June 2015 to April 2018, and at Alterna Haircare as the Vice President of Operations from January 2012 to May 2015.

Gina began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles, including Director of Market Strategy & Planning (Premium & Lifestyle Fragrances) from June 2010 to January 2012, and Purchasing & Integration Leader (Fekkai) from June 2008 to June 2010.

Gina also worked at Chrysallis as the Director of Operations for Fekkai, Niadyne, and Canyon Ranch Products from February 2006 to May 2008, and at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Senior Manager of New Launch Management/Brand Operations from March 2003 to February 2006.

Gina Famiglietti completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1996 at Villanova University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Gina then pursued further studies in business, obtaining their MBA from Hofstra University between the years 2000 and 2005. Their focus during their MBA program was in the field of Marketing.
